Okay, to be blunt, the photography in this set of pale blonde “punk princess” Sadie isn’t up to the usual PunkGrl standards - their photo shoots are usually way more creative and have more of a visual “POP” to them… this is just a hot tattooed chick posing naked on the floor. But you know what? There’s nothing wrong with that, especially when the girl in question has such an ethereal, modelesque beauty about her - I’m totally fine with her being the focus of the photos. Up until recently, I’d always kind of written Ariel Rebel off as a kind of Avril Lavigne type of “punk” - you know, all fluff and marketing, no substance. I’m totally ashamed of myself now for thinking that, because I ended up posting on a message board that she frequents, and it turns out she’s actually totally cool. She’s really into the internet and web design, so she really does write her own blog entries and have a big hand in operating her website. Okay, first things first, I have to say that Ivadell really reminds me of someone else - some random celebrity that I can’t quite put my finger on. I’ve recently been getting into Death Note - I’d heard about it before, but as I was never really much of an anime fan I never gave it much thought. I happened to be really bored one night and decided to watch the first few episodes online, and was hooked within minutes! I’ve since watched the entire series and plan on reading the manga as well; my boyfriend noticed how much I liked the series and even got me a stuffed Ryuk & a replica of the Death Note on my birthday (I’ve since augmented this small collection with a stuffed L and Near, and hope to get the Misa and Light ones as well in the near future)!
